Terms of use

These terms cover the overcaffd website at overcaffd.com. Using the site means you accept them. overcaffd is a content and personal branding studio run by Jun and Cody, based in Malaysia. If you hire us, the paid work is covered by a separate written agreement we both sign, and that agreement governs the work, not this page.

What this site is

A description of what we do and how to start a conversation with us. Nothing on this site is an offer you can accept to form a contract, and nothing on it is professional, financial, tax or legal advice. We only start work once there is a signed agreement and the first payment has been made.

Booking a call

Booking a call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The free profile audit we mention is our opinion on your content, given as a courtesy. It is not a guarantee of anything and you are free to act on it without hiring us. We ask that you turn up or cancel in advance, and we will do the same. We may decline or reschedule a call.

What you tell us

Only send us things you have the right to send. If you share your accounts, numbers or material with us before or during a call, we treat it as confidential and use it only to advise you. We handle personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

Results

Any numbers on this site describe past work or the terms of a specific offer. They are not a prediction of what your business will do. Content results depend on your product, your market, and how consistently the work actually gets done, most of which is on your side. We do not promise any particular number of views, followers or sales.

Our content

The writing, design, code and images on this site belong to us, except for third party logos and client material, which belong to their owners and appear with permission. Do not copy the site wholesale, scrape it, or pass our work off as your own. Quoting us with a link back is fine.

Reviews and client work shown here

Reviews on this site are real, published with that client's permission, and shown in their own words apart from obvious typo fixes. The client videos we show are work we did, used with permission. What any one client got is not a promise of what you would get.

Fair use of the site

Do not try to break into the site, overload it, scrape it automatically, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to send anyone anything. If you find a security problem, please email overcaffd@gmail.com rather than publishing it, and give us a fair chance to fix it. We will not come after anyone who reports something in good faith.

Links to other sites

We link to other websites and tools, including our booking calendar and our social accounts. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, move or remove anything on it at any time, including this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you do on the strength of what you read here, including lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited, including rights you may have under consumer law where you live.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website. This does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and changes apply from the date they are posted.
